With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, FACTOR3 is a US owned and operated company. Our corporate headquarter is located in Grand Prairie Texas. We also have offices located in San Antonio, Texas and McAllen, Texas.
We have been serving customers across the nation since we first opened our doors back in 2000 as Flash Transcription Service. We are proud of the fact that we continue to provide services to a number of our very first customers who joined us back in 2000.
